RV is powered by 30amp plug but also included is an 110v residential house plug adapter. A residential plug will not power the AC. Master bed is a residential queen and bunks are full size. The kitchen table also folds down to a full size bed. Master bedroom has its own Roku TV. Outdoor kitchen includes two burner stove top and mini fridge. Following Items included: -Weight Distribution Hitch - Plastic dinnerware, cups, and utensils - Cookware, Pots, and Pans - Coffee Pot - At least 1 full propane tank - Outdoor area rug - 2 rolls of toilet paper Mattresses are covered and you will need to provide your own linens. Pickup and drop times are flexible but will need to be decided upon ahead of time.
