This 25ft Thor Coleman Class C RV will be perfect for your family's next adventure! Whether you are a seasoned camper or this is your family's first RV experience, we will be there for you every step of the way. Comes fully stocked and ready for your adventure - all you need is food, clothes and toiletries. Perfect for a long weekend trip to any one of the local attractions listed below or maybe a longer trip up or down the east coast. Easy to maneuver, even in smaller parking lots, it is a road tripper's dream! Sleeps 5 adults comfortably, 6 with small children - Queen bed in back with privacy curtain, queen bed above cab with privacy curtain, and dinette conversion. We will provide all the things you need to have a great time! All you need to provide is your food, clothes, toiletries and come prepared to have fun! You may leave your personal vehicle with us, and we are flexible with pick up and drop off times. We will provide the following: Kitchen - utensils, cookware, silverware, dishes, cups, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, wine & bottle openers, hand towels, paper towels, salt & pepper shakers, smores sticks Bathroom - toilet paper, hand soap, fresh towels Fresh linens including blankets and pillows Cleaning supplies (because we use them, and so should you) Camping chairs, outdoor rug and table 1 TV inside Recommendations Travel to South Central Pennsylvania and take on wild adventures including many destinations within 1 hour driving distance including Lancaster County and the Battlegrounds at Gettysburg or travel west from there and explore the Michaux State Forest. Maybe even a bit further north-west to the top of the state where you'll find many great hiking adventures in the Allegheny National Forest, stopping at many state forests OR wineries in between. Or you could travel across the state to the Pocono Raceway. But don't limit yourself to PA, this RV would be great for a trip up or down the East Coast or even a trip out west. The possibilities are endless!!! Other things to note: - Please absolutely no smoking inside the camper. $1000 cleaning fee will be applied for any evidence of smoking inside the camper. - Towing can be discussed but is not guaranteed. - Pick up and drop off times are flexible. - You may leave your personal vehicle with us. - No climbing or being on the roof in any way. - You will leave with a full tank of gas, and we will expect it to be returned with a full tank of gas. Renters will be charged $6/gallon for unfilled fuel tanks. - You will leave with clean/empty black and gray tanks. So, it needs to come back with clean/empty black and gray tanks. $150 dumping fee will incur if not. - Renters are responsible for all tickets and tolls, even if they appear after your return. - $250/day late return fee Please just return it back to us in the same condition it left us :)
