This is the camper that is big enough for your family. It features a bunk house with four bunks (two are twin size, two are narrow twin size), U-shaped dine in that converts to a full size bed, and a couch that converts to a small full-size bed. On top of all that glorious sleeping space, the master bedroom features the privacy that the ruling couple craves. Cook in the open kitchen space on a three-burner propane stove top or throw something in the microwave for a quick meal. Make sure to wash up in the full-size farmhouse style kitchen. Our camper is equipped with cookware, cutting boards, dishes and silverware as well as cooking utensils. It has a full-size refrigerator/freezer combo, coffee pot, several games and firepit essentials. There is plenty of cupboard space for all your food goodies. The bathroom features a full tub/shower combo, private sink/medicine cabinet, and a toilet. Hot and cold water with full hookup. The linen cupboard is fully stocked with towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Fresh water tank is 40 gallons and will be filled before setting the camper up for you. Black and Grey water tanks hold 30 gallons. For your outdoor enjoyment, our camper has a full retractable awning, camping chairs, and Blackstone flat top grill. *If camping on a site with no electricity, we have a generator available for rent. Use is limited to 4 hours per day. *Full septic hook up is preferred. Without full hook up, the tanks will fill very quickly. We do offer tank dumping for a fee. *We do not allow pets in the camper. *We require that we deliver the unit to your rental location. Please choose "delivery" when you rent this unit. We will deliver only within New York State. If you need delivery within NYS but outside of our listed mile range, please send us a message and we will discuss accommodation. Daryl will be delivering the camper after his workday. Typically this means delivery will be around 5:00pm or after.
