Security Deposit: $1,000 standard authorization hold. Higher deposits ($1,000-$5,000) may apply for large groups, festivals, or special events. In rare cases, deposits are captured and returned after rental completion; most are authorization holds released upon safe return. Pet Policy: Dog-friendly rentals require a fee per dog (max 2). Pets must be approved or you forfeit your security deposit. Allergen-Free Units: No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets forfeits your security deposit. Festival Bookings: Festivals/large groups have different rules, pricing, and deposits. Contact us before booking for details. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and marijuana are strictly prohibited. Violations forfeit your security deposit. Mattress Protection: If you select NO COZY and use or soil our mattress pads, a $250 cleaning fee applies. Any stains or accidents: $50 per protector. Awning Use: Awning misuse (left out in rain/wind, rolled wrong) forfeits your full deposit. If unsure, do not use. Dinette Table Policy: Converting dinettes to beds is prohibited unless we set it up for you before arrival; it must remain that way during your stay. Floor Protection: No shoes on carpet. $250 cleaning fee for violations. Toilet Use: Only RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. Any other items forfeit your security deposit. Delivery & Pick-Up: Delivery: Drop-off anytime after 3:00 PM. Pickup between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on departure day. Customer Pick-Up: Arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on your start day. Return by 11:00 AM on checkout day. Reminder: Only Priority Check-In/Check-Out guarantees exact times; otherwise, delivery/pick-up occurs within these windows. Special Requests: Ask for extras (fridge stocking, essentials, games, etc.). Fees apply. Required Services: Sewer & Water: If no hookups, pre-pay for water fill/tank dump or toilets will be sealed. Removing tape = $200 fee. Propane: One full 20 lb. tank included. Extra tanks $20 each ($30 for 30 lb.). Generator: Follow provided instructions.
