MUST BE APPROVED ◼◼◼ PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE CONTINUING ◼ ((( FREE PROPANE ))) no charge for gas used and no wasting precious time looking for a place to refill . ◼ This camper is a brand new 2021 model ◼ Outdoor mini fridge ◼ Extra roomy table is within the slideout. ◼ Queen bed at the front of the camper sleeps 2 ◼ There are 2 double bed bunks that sleep 2 each. ◼ Table converts to a bed and can accommodate 1 or 2 ◼ All totaled this camper can sleep 7 adults comfortably or 8 with Kids. ◼ Camper comes with full bath with shower and sink. ◼ Large fridge with separate freezer compartment. ◼ AIR CONDITIONING ◼ Central heat on thermostat ◼ Microwave ◼ 2 burner gas stove ◼ TV with DVD player ◼ 14 foot power awning ◼ Hitch can be provided at no extra cost. ◼ We provide the following for your convenience , dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, glasses, coffee pot with filters, toaster, cleaning supplies, toilet freshener, dish cloths, dish towels, Most everything you will need. ◼ Renter will supply all bedding, pillows, towels, personal items and all paper goods including toilet paper and paper towels. ◼ Ball size is 2-5/16 inch. Hitch can be supplied at no extra cost ◼ 7 pin round tow plug. ◼ Both Grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $75.00 clean out fee. ◼ RV must be cleaned out and thoroughly cleaned and in the same condition as when picked up or there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee. ◼ GENERATOR RENTAL Champion 4000 electric and pull start. $30.00 per day ◼◼◼ ((( SEE MY OTHER CAMPERS ))) Do a search for Lebanon, PA.
