We deliver and setup only, you took off work for a reason so please let us take care of: towing/gas, parking, leveling, all hook-ups (water, electric, sewer and TV) No fee for propane use. No restocking fee. No gray/black tank emptying fee. Stocked items include: Sheets, towels, light blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, various pots and pans, K-cup coffee maker, assorted coffee K-cups, assorted tea bags, sugar, ice maker and a toaster. Please bring your own pillows. Bring your sleeping bags too if you have them, you're "camping!" If you have any special requests please let me know. * The bunk house bunk beds are designed for children given the weight capacities (250lbs) however, it can work for some adults but we do not recommend it.
