We offer commercial insurance that will save you lots of dollars. No Charge for Tank Cleaning , No Charge Deep Cleaning No Charge propane Refill. We like to think of our trailers as rolling motel rooms. To aid with this idea we added a 200 watt solar panel to keep the batteries charged. We installed the water minimizer valve , to work with the endless / tankless water heater!!! We have stocked the kitchen with a ten piece pot & pan set, silverware set for up to 8 , 10 plates, 10 bowls , 10 glasses a large colander toaster, instant hot water maker, large griddle ( great for pan cakes ), waffle maker , coffee maker. There are linens for the queen bed, mattress covers for the bunk beds, 10 full size bath towels and wash clothes. For out side we have a large awning and lots of LED lights to light the way . We provide 4 bag chairs and a propane fire pit . For the mechanical side of things we have extra power cords, extra water hoses, discharge hose ... simply said our guest need only bring personal pillows (* PILLOWS *) sleeping bags for the kiddos ,personal care items, and Groceries.
