This 25-foot smoke free RV already has everything, it has plenty of storage just for you. The Bear House sleeps 4 comfortably, however does accommodate up to 6 people. Some of the amenities are: -Queen size walk around bed with the most comfortable mattress. -TV in Bedroom & living room -Air conditioning in Bedroom & living room -Keurig coffee maker & instant coffee -condiments and spices -plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans. -bathroom cleaning supplies -bath & hand towels -large electric awning -outdoor kitchen -7 camp chairs -outdoor rugs -sway bar for smoother towing We do cater to kids and one well behaved dog. Just for the kiddos - we have lots of books, games and puzzles. This RV is s'mores ready with light up roasting sticks, graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallows are already here waiting for you! We do also offer additional tents to go along with your reservation at no extra charge upon request: tent #1: sleeps 6, has LED lights. tent #2: sleeps 4 All you need to bring is your own linens, food and yourselves.
