2017 Trailer in great condition. Non-Smoking and No Pets allowed. Rear bunks make it very versatile (also serving as extra storage if not needed for sleep) and front Queen bed is very comfortable. Fridge works extremely well and there is plenty of storage throughout. A/C is nice and cold and propane furnace heats efficiently. Propane Water Heater works great. Trailer is equipped with an oversized propane tank. We've included an electric heater as a backup option. TV and DVD available. Fully Stocked- Cookware and utensils included. Bedding, linens, and spare blankets provided. New battery and tires have been recently inspected and wheel bearings packed. Backup Camera recently installed and is accessed through App on phone. Towable with a wide variety of vehicles with a dry weight of just under 2,800lbs! Large tanks for longer stays-- The Gray Tank and Black tank are both 36 gallon! Comfortably sleeps 4 adults.
