City water connection. 30amp service plug Propane tank 10 gallons - enough for 1 week Generator - to run AC and microwave when offgrid, or to recharge. Strictly non smoker - deposit won't be refunded if smoked at. Let me know if you need dishware or bedding, I can provide at $39 per set. Will rent out clean inside and outside, with water, full fuel and propoane and ready to go. Please return full same to avoid fees. No deep cleaning fee if brought back in same clean inside condition. Otherwise happy to help for $139. No outside cleaning/washing fee if brought back in same clean condition, no bugs on front. Otherwise $99. No dump fee if returned with empty waste tanks. Otherwise $29. (water refill is optional) Nearest self service car wash is at 19010 SW Alexander St, Beaverton, OR 97006 If you are arriving out of country and need internet on the go - I can supply you with LTE hotspot free of charge. Small 110v or 220v AC inverter available - please ask Kitchenware and bedding available as extras
