Awning with lovely led lights for your after dark hangouts. Sleeps up to 7! Very spacious bunkhouse, and queen bed plus dining table converts to bed. Nice bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, vanity sink. Trailer will include extras like camp chairs, camp table, camp rug and more. Can include linens for bedding if requested too! Prep fee This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This includes cleaning all beds/bedding, kitchen supplies, and stocking toilet paper and paper towels, propane, etc... $150.00 Amenities Included: Kitchen: Coffee maker, filters, coffee, toaster, spices, oil, skewers, paper plates, cups and silverware, knifes, spatula, can opener, freezer/storage bags, small garbage bags, foil, hot dog/marshmallow roasting forks. Pots and pans with lids, microwaveable mixing bowls. Entertainment: DVD's, games, cards, cribbage, brain teasers etc... Outside: 4 camp chairs, outdoor camp rug, and camp grill with small green propane tanks included. Bedding: Clean linens (enough to accommodate all the sleeping quarters, or you can bring your own if you'd like), Blanket for each bed. Set of 4 bath and kitchen towels. Bathroom: RV safe toilet paper (PLEASE DO NOT USE REGULAR TOILET PAPER), shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, and first aid kit. There is extra storage under dinette seats, bottom bunk and queen bed.
