Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: Microwave, coffee maker, single electric burner, electric heater, ceiling AC. No radio INCLUDED: Linens, dishes, kettle, basic utensils, connection hoses/cords. Propane tank that does not have to be refilled before returning. You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 6 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & 3 on holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 3259lbs, Hitch 520lbs, GVWR 4346lbs. Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle no towing out west OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) :This camper is NOT a great option for dry camping beacause of the fridge. A generator is required to keep the battery charged if you are not connected to electricity. If you do not have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank holds 38gal, gray water tank holds 30gal, black tank holds 30gal. The fridge can runs on 12v battery. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane. AC runs on electricity only. Lights and water pump can run on the battery SPECS: 30 AMP, HEIGHT 10' LENGTH 22' WIDTH 8' PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS
