Full size propane/electric fridge, 3 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, indoor/outdoor radio, coffee maker. Outdoor shower. Ducted AC/Heat. INCLUDED: Linens, dishes, kettle, basic utensils, connection hoses/cords. You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 6 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & 3 on holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. A text will be sent with instructions once set up if you aren't there. At pick up we will empty the tanks. You will need to take our trash, wash dishes, leave all linens on the bed, put wet towels in shower & cut off the water. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 6308lbs, Hitch 810lbs, GVWR 9610lbs. Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle No towing out west OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric/water connection available at the campsite) : THIS CAMPER IS NOT GOOD FOR CAMPING WITH NO ELECTRICAL CONNECTION . A generator is required to keep the battery charged & fridge on. Fridge is electric only. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 30gal, gray water tank -36gal, black tank- 36gal. The stove, furnace, & hot water heater are propane.
