One of the best floor plans for a family! We love it and you will too! Exceptionally functional design allows for maximum use of space for quality living on the go. Sleeps 10! Private queen master bedroom in the front and a separate bunk room with 4 bunks in the rear. Full size fold out couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. The beds all have bedding and quilts. Power slide, large power awning, along with an outdoor kitchen and weber grill to the rear. The stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and added electrical appliances for use with shore power. Like coffee pot, hot pot, and crockpot. Dinette in bunkroom adds to your dining space. The bathroom has plenty of counter space which is hard to come by in an RV. It features a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. For your outdoor pleasure you may have the use of our camping chairs, folding table, and lanterns. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. Unfortunately due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets. Please have drivers licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pics of the license(s) We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. All linens are removed and washed every rental. Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap. After you return the camper we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if necessary). We will deliver for $50 to Don Carter State Park in Gainesville, Georgia. We can deliver to other places, if you would please contact us and let us know where and when. Then we can arrange delivery. We desire to allow people who aren't comfortable towing to have the full RV experience and we will work with you. To see if we are within delivery range look up how far your rental location will be from Lula, Ga if it is more than 30 miles we will not deliver. We charge a cleaning fee that includes dumping waste and refilling any propane you used, so you don't spend your vacation doing those chores. Your vehicle towing capacity needs to be 7600 lbs. To tow our camper you'll need a Class III receiver with a 7 pin round connector and electric brakes controller. We can let you use our weight distribution hitch. We have a 5000w propane fuel generator for your use for $50 per day.
