Everyone has different ideas of what their camping experience may be and this camper is here to accommodate the experience you want. You only need to bring your clothes, food and personal items and we can provide the rest. With this camper only weighing 3,911 lbs, it is easily pulled by most trucks and SUV's, even by first-timers. We can deliver on a case-by-case basis. Message us if delivery is needed before reserving the camper to see if we can accommodate. Our camper has a queen bed, a double bunk bed, and a dinette that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The queen bed folds up to reveal a couch to provide additional seating inside. You can relax under the outside awning in the provided camp chairs or snuggle up inside in the A/C or heat while watching TV. You could cook inside on the stove top or outside on the griddle. Use the outside shower to rinse off to continue your adventures or take a relaxing shower inside. We've provided all the amenities to make your trip as easy and relaxing as possible. Enjoy our camper as much as we do! What's included - Beds: - Fresh linens for all of the beds along with extra pillows and blankets. (extras included)Bathroom: - Fresh bath towels, washcloths, and hand-drying towels. (extras included) - Toilet paper Kitchen: - Inside stovetop complete with two skillet pans (large and small) and a saucepan. - Outside griddle - Cooking utensils for both inside and outside cooking. - A 4 set of hard plates, bowls, coffee cups, and silverware. - Paper plates, bowls, plastic cups, and plasticware is provided to make life easier. - Paper towels - Trash can with trash bags Outside extras: - 4 rocking camp chairs - 9'x12' mat - Outside mini fridge - Outside hot and cold shower - Foldable 5’ table Set up equipment: - Water filter - 25' and 50' expandable hoses with all necessary connections - Leveling blocks - Sewer hose with expandable sewer hose support. - Drill with an assortment of bits. Recommendations- Pack a bag of clothes with toiletries, run by the grocery store, and come pick up this camper to start your adventure!! Other things to note - It's the responsibility of the renter to know if their vehicle is capable of towing this camper. Feel free to reach out to us if you need help finding out this information. There is NO SMOKING inside the camper. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet which is nonrefundable. Your entire security deposit will be held until a professional cleaning can be obtained. If any rules were broken or damages found, it will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for repairs. We reserve the right to retain a portion or the entire security deposit to make repairs. The renter will be responsible for any fees that come from tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds, even if the fee notice arrives after the security deposit has been returned following the camping trip. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. If any repairs need to be done during the trip, the owner needs to be made aware of the work needing to be completed before the work being done. The owner will reimburse the renter for these out-of-pocket expenses once the camper is returned and the receipts are provided.
