Campground loses power? no problem! as this camper has 400 watts of solar. power @ two deep cell batteries to last through the night and quickly solar charge the next day for the next night's use. Note: We deliver and set up ( we do not offer a pickup option). We will arrange a date & time to have the camper delivered, set up & ready to enjoy upon your arrival. This is a very Cozy & cute camper perfect for a couple. 2 sets each of Bedding & linens are included for Qn & Bunk beds at NO additional cost. -13.5k BTU A/C & onboard propane heater. -This camper is equipped with the Solid Sure Step entry steps -Indoor/ Outdoor H/C shower -High-Velocity 10" fan keeps you cool when boondocking or pulling fresh air in from an open window or open bathroom vent. -Sleeps 2 adults on a full-size Queen mattress w/Comfy memory foam topper, we suggest using bunks for 1 or 2 young children although rated 300#, most adults would not be comfortable, especially getting in and out of them. All beds have an extra set of Sheets provided. -Kitchen; Indoor/ outdoor kitchen, each w/fridge, Large viewing window w/ blind, 2 burners indoor, outdoor is a small propane grill w/an extra 18' gas connect hose for any additional grill you may already have or "Add on". Indoor stainless steel kitchen basin, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot, and dinner service for 4. -Bathroom has toilet/sink/tub shower/mirror w/med cab & linen closet w/ mini hang-up wardrobe. -A slide-out has a dining table with a large viewing window w/shade. -Power Awning w/LED Lighting -400 Watt Solar Panels w/40 Amp Control Charger -outside speakers -Delivery is usually noon, retrieval time is usually 11am-12:00 noon, we are open to earlier deliveries if there are no scheduling conflicts & if the campground space is vacant. Included: - (2) 20lbs propane tanks ( 1 guaranteed full ) - 30 amp RV surge protector, extension cord & indoor extension cord w/additional 110 & USB plugs - clean water hose w/ pressure regulator + a Winter heated water supply hose is also available in cold weather. -18' Propane quick connect ( to camper) hose for outdoor kitchen swing-out grill (also for the add-on optional Blackstone griddle ). -sm outdoor table, w/ tablecloth + one large plastic tablecloth -Kitchen is stocked with the necessary dish towels & cooking/ dining for 4 & cooking essentials (colander, pot/pan, skillet, plates, cups, tumblers, flatware, knives, scissors, can opener, peeler etc) -Bathroom is stocked w/ tissues, hand towel, and hand soap. - 4 camping chairs & 4 beach towels and beach blanket Misc items included; Lighted plug-in makeup mirror, clip-on reading light, ext cord w/ extra USB ports, and 110. An Electric & a manual air pump.
