Brand new camper with spacious sleeping and living space. Outdoor kitchen for convenient in and out cooking. Everything is power operating or by remote for easy setup and packing for travel.No smoking/vaping in the unit. No roof access evidence of any of these will result a loss in full security deposit no exceptions. This unit is brand new 2019 and will be spotless when picked up. Please treat our RV as if it was your own. Please put used quilts on bed in main bedroom. Any unused quilts please put in the closet. Dirty towels and rags place in shower. This camper comes equiped with everything you will need for your camping experience. All you will need to bring are clothes, and food .Here are some other items included - Complimentary s'more kit -Board games -Plates,cups,silverware - Coffee mugs - Trash bags -Paper towels - outside carpet mat -Pots, Pans, and all cooking necessities -marshmallow roasting rods -dish soap -assortment of cooking utensils -Kureg Coffee Maker -2 folding camping chairs. -Linens - 4 large towels for bathroom -toilet paper provided - hand soap - portable black stone gill provide in outside kitchen Please let us know how many people will be traveling so that we can provide enough. Please use this and should you run out purchase the same. NO WET WIPES, LADIES PRODUCTS, DIAPERS, ETC. If we have to go coat hanger fishing in the sewage tank for any of these items, it will result in a loss of some, a lot, or all of the security deposit depending on quantity and severity of obstruction. Please just use the free TP. The tank will be dosed with RV tank treatment prior to departure for your convenience. Long trip? I will throw a couple extra servings in there for you should you need to empty the tank mid trip. There is nothing worse than a crappy crapper for renter OR owner. Please help me out with this one so that I can continue to provide you and all subsequent renters with the cleanest odor free bathroom experience. Lost keys $10 per key please leave RV keys on key hook for us for pick up. I do not allow my camper to be towed by others I only deliver and setup
