Just down the road from Dandridge (2nd oldest town in Tennessee) and 30 minutes from everything Sevier County. (Kodak, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & Great Smoky Mountain National Park). Attractions like Dollywood, Anakeesta, Skyland Ranch and some of the best restaurants in Tennessee. Oh, and Buc-ee's is just 15 minutes away! We have been renting RVs since 2021; our last camper rental in Florida was a "Super Host" with over 25 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Star reviews! We now offer our brand new 2024 Wildwood Platinum 22ERAS camper for DELIVERY ONLY to any local RV Resort or campsite near Douglas Lake. *See list of recommended RV Resorts below. At this time, we only offer delivery to RV Resorts & Campsites in Jefferson & Sevier Counties. Within 25 miles of Dandridge, TN. Towing is NOT offered for this unit. Camper includes a private king size bed, twin size folding cot w/pad and reclining sofa (Great for the kids). Linens & pillows included! There is a bar top dining area with huge windows to take in all of the views, folding table for games and activities for the sofa, heated fireplace that is available in the living space and the bedroom, and a massive open concept great room and kitchen just like a large 5th wheel layout. Don't worry about towing, setup or breakdown yourself. We will setup & breakdown everything for you and you can sit back and watch us back up the trailer. We provide as many amenities as possible that can fit in our camper. We do allow 2 Pets for FREE, but please keep bed and sofa covered and clean up all accidents. *No Smoking Allowed inside or near the camper and keep all windows and door closed while using a campfire. *PLEASE NOTE: Anchor Down RV Resort is VERY popular during the summer month. Please make sure you have a reserved campsite with them as soon as possible. Sometimes it's best to call, because they can let you know if they have cancellations.
