The camper has AC/heat, stove that can be used in or outdoor, small refrigerator, and hooks up to a 30amp post. We have Gekko Popout covers for the bunkends that help insulate or keep the heat out as the canvas heats up in direct sunlight. We will give you a setup guide to follow as well as show you how to properly level and pop the camper up at pickup. You will need to prove to have proper setup to tow before leaving with the camper, we have a weight distribution hitch that can be used if you’re using a smaller SUV to tow. It’s 13ft long closed and 21ft when open, your average small camper size. As of now you’ll need to bring anything you’ll use with you, as we rent this out we plan to put the money back into it by buying kitchen utensils, linens, and more! You will have what you need to supply power, water and propane to the camper. Awning cannot be used due to repeated misuse, any signs of use will result in $150 charge. When you return the camper I will go get the propane filled next door @ $3.45 a gallon or about $.81 a pound, you will receive an invoice through RVShare for whatever amount of propane was used. You’re welcome to fill before bringing back also, just let us know which you choose. Trailer brakes must be in use during tow according to insurance carrier, please understand that means you will need a 7pin hookup.. we have a controller that can be used but only if you have the required 7pin.
