This is a 2022 Coleman camper, while small is very comfortable for a couple or a small family. It will include two adult camp chairs, a small propane grill as well as a Keurig coffee maker so you can enjoy you own flavor of coffee!! We allow up to 2 dogs, we bring our two dogs camping with us all the time. You will find USB ports on both sides of the bed for charging your phones. This camper includes a backup camera with screen to make placing the camper in your camp site easier! You must have experience pulling a trailer and much be able to back it up into a driveway. This is important for the safety of the renter, but also for the camper itself. In addition, allows for more flexibility for return times. Includes the following: 4 Towels 4 Washclothes Pots and Pans Cooking utensils 2 coffee mugs linens for all beds 3 rolls of toilet paper 2 camp chairs 1 folding table This is a very clean camper. We clean and sanitize all surfaces after each rental. We also wash all the lines and dishes after each rental. No Refunds for Early Returns: If you return early we do not refund the days you will not use. This includes if you have an accident or crash in the unit, however if the crash is not your fault you MAY be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance. This trailer is easy to pull and pulls quite nicely in the 65 to 70 MPH range. All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO SMOKING or VAPING: Smoking or vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire $750 security deposit. If you need to purchase toilet paper, it must RV safe toilet paper.
