Brand new Rockwood Roo Hybrid camper. Still in showroom condition. Sleeps 9. Camper has 3 heated queen beds, table converts to another queen, and sofa folds out to another bed. Trailer is 25’ closed up and 30’ with beds open. Lightweight trailer so its super easy to tow. Trailer can be picked up just outside Sea Isle City, NJ or in Northeast Philadelphia. Camper is fully stocked. It has an outside grill that mounts on the side of trailer. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, and an electric griddle are in the trailer. Only thing you need are linens for beds. Trailer has built in DVD player and radio along with 2 flat screen Tvs. The trailer is equipped with a Furion rear observation camera which is great for switching lanes or backing it into a campsite. 30 amp electric cord and every adapter you would need are included along with everything you would need for water and sewer hook up. There are a few games for kids along with a few fishing rods stored in trailer that are available for your use. Plenty of camping chairs are also available to use. Notes: -We ask that you return trailer in same condition and cleanliness as when you picked it up. -PLEASE NO SMOKING inside the RV. -Dogs are allowed but renter must clean up all dog hair, etc. prior to return.
