Brand New 2023 top of the class Radiance R28QD with upgraded New memory foam mattresses in masterbed room. 1 Power slide outs. Master suite includes overhead shelf with outlet and side wardrobes. Large Bathroom with high pressure shower head. Main quarters include a 40” TV, Upgraded Fridge, gas stove top, microwave, Dining table and Couch. Rear sleeping quarters include 3 twin beds and small dining table. Both Couch convert to beds. Camper will include linens for the twin beds, convertible sofa beds and queen bed. Kitchen is equip with cookware, coffee maker, coffee grounds, filter, utencils, cups, plates, basic cooking expectations along with grilling utensils. Features include A/C, heat, hot water, AM/FM/Bluetooth Sound system with exterior system. Also features exterior canopy with exterior lighting. Outdoor Kitchenette with gas grille(ready to go). Along with an outdoor shower. *some features only work with electric hookup or with generator use (generator available upon request) + We deliver, setup, and pickup from your camping location. The fee is 6$ per mile calculated oneway. Please send me a message with your location to get an estimate. **NO smoking allowed inside camper!! *Due to past incidents with my other camper - no self towing. *Sheets and comforters are provided. *if requested 60$ flat fee for Generator will include full tank along with 2 gal canister of non-ethonol fuel. I camp with my family quite a bit so I know what it takes to make an enjoyable experience and I will do what it take to make it one for you as well. If I accept a reservation I intend on fulfilling my obligation and will not cancel on you.
