Warm, inviting, and filled with natural light, The Enchanted Fig is a thoughtfully styled Class C motor home designed to feel more like a comfortable living space than a typical RV. Guests arrive to a fully set-up environment — leveled, connected where hookups are available, stocked with essentials, and ready to enjoy. There is no driving, towing, or setup required by the guest. The Enchanted Fig is ideal for traditional campground stays as well as approved private land use, offering a self-contained space that provides privacy, comfort, and flexibility. It’s a great option for hosting visiting family or friends at your home, creating extra sleeping space during gatherings, or enjoying camping with everything already prepared. Campground reservations are not included and are handled entirely by the renter. The RV may only be used at a campground or approved private property. It is not permitted for roadside use or public street parking. This is a delivery-only rental.• RV is delivered to your reserved site or approved private land • Fully leveled and set up before arrival • Hookups connected where available • Awning, outdoor rug, and seating set up • Walkthrough provided at setup • Breakdown and pickup handled at the end of your stay. Delivery within 25 miles of ZIP code 01585 is included. Locations beyond 25 miles will incur an additional delivery fee based on distance and location.The RV remains stationary for the duration of the rental. Flexible sleeping arrangements for 6: • Rear queen bedroom with privacy divider • Front over-cab queen bed • Sofa converts to sleeping space • Booth dinette converts to sleeping space Fresh bed linens are provided and laundered after every rental. One towel per guest is included. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, knives, can opener, salt and black pepper, coffee maker with filters, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware (service for 4), dish soap, sponge, and paper towels. If the RV is returned excessively dirty, requiring additional cleaning beyond standard turnover, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be charged. Tank Policy • Final grey and black tank empty at departure is included in the rental fee • For longer stays, if tanks fill before departure, the renter is responsible for performing a portable mid-stay dump PET Policy • Dog friendly • One dog allowed (maximum 20 lbs) • $50 pet fee • Any pet-related damage is the renter’s responsibility. Important House Rules • Delivery-only rental (no renter driving) • RV must remain stationary • Site must accommodate 26 feet or longer • Full hookups strongly recommended for best experience • No smoking inside the RV – Cigarette, vape, cigar, marijuana odor will result in a $300 professional cleaning fee – Campfire smoke does not apply • No frying inside the RV • No cooking fish or high-odor foods inside the RV.
