The queen bedroom is also a multi-function cargo area where you can store bikes, golf clubs, or even large storage like a kayak! It is recommended to bring your own linens/towels for comfort. This Class C gasoline coach that contains more factory-installed features than anyone else. The Freelander features Azdel composite sidewall substrate and a fiberglass exterior to keep the entire structure lightweight. You will love the interior with its hardwood cabinet doors and drawer fronts, pleated night shades, a skylight over the shower, plus a systems command center to control your units functions in one convenient location. You can bring along all of your belongings with the roto-cast rear warehouse storage compartment, and the power awning includes vinyl weather guard to help protect from the elements, plus there are LED lights for an inviting outdoor living space. There's also a 15' awning, cab swivel seats, a 12 V 10 cubic' fridge and a single child safety tether in the dinette. At 24'3" in length, this brand new 2022 RV has super low mileage and sleeps 4-6 people with 4 seat belts. We have bike racks and GPS units as stated in the notes below. Your trip will also include 1 week of LP, chemicals, toilet paper, fresh water hoses, waste hoses, 30 AMP electrical connections and 3 free hours of generator use per night. Our RV is also pet friendly for a hypoallergenic dog up to 40 lbs. When the unit is returned, we should not see any visible signs that there was an animal in the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, pet hair, carpet and/or fabric stains, carpet and/or fabric tears, damage of window coverings, pet food, drool and/or slobber, or any smell or odor associated with the animal. Please have courtesy for the future renters after you. We ask that you do not allow your dog to be on ANY of the furniture in the rental unit. This includes, but not limited to, the seats, sofas, dinette area, overhead bunks or beds. Remember, where your pet may be lounging is where the next renter may be laying their head for a good night’s rest. You have to be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license. Our nightly rate includes insurance and the damage deposit covers the deductible. Whether applied towards the deductible or not, additional deductions are still valid pending inspection of the RV after return. We also ask that you please make sure the RV is kept clean upon return to avoid any cleaning charges, especially if you brought a dog with you. *No tailgating! *No towing!
