For Rent is our 39 foot fifth wheel trailer with bunk house (2nd bedroom). This is our family trailer which we completely renovated, and want you to enjoy as well. Rental includes drop off and pick up at your camping location with set up. Linens can be provided, and the kitchen comes with toaster, microwave, coffee maker and anything else you might need. Can also delivery to your home if you need extra room for house guests. Due to the lengthy time it takes to deliver and pickup we are only offering rentals for more than 5 nights, but offer discounts for 7 days or more. We will provide you custom quotes based on the distance and length of rental to help you understand any costs related to the rental. Please reach out with any questions you have after viewing the unit's details and pictures. -Trailer has two slide outs and sleeps up to 8 people: 2 people in the master bedroom on the queen sized bed. 3 people in the 2nd bedroom in twin sized bunks. 1 person in the 2nd bedroom twin sized convertible dinette. 1- 2 people in the living room/kitchen on the full sized convertible dinette. *Plan to bring your favorite blankets/pillows, standard twin and queen sheets work very well. -Kitchen/ living room seats up to 7 people (2 people on the love seat, and 4-5 at the kitchen table). -Reclining love seat in the living room -Kitchen has large Fridge/Freezer, full sized sink, three burner stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of cabinets. We have many of the basic pots & pans you'll need as well as some plates and cups/mugs -A/C and Heat throughout, with ceiling fan in living room. Both Bathroom and Living Room have 'Fantastic Fans' in the ceiling to pull heat out of the unit. -Master Bedroom has queen bed, full dresser drawers, and reading lights with small end tables. full closet with sliding glass doors. -Bathroom area, near the master bedroom, contains shower stall with frosted glass doors, sink with medicine cabinet. Standard sized toilet is in separate room. -32" TV in the living room with DVD/CD/Stereo stystem. Hook ups for Digital TV (Antennae) and cable connections (if provided by campground) are available -Three holding tanks for; Kitchen (galley tank), Bathroom (grey tank), and Toilet (black tank). The grey water tanks will typically support a family of four for three days If you are regularly using shower and kitchen sink. Toilet would support 7 to 10 days. YOU WILL NEED TO RESERVE SITES WITH SEWER HOOKUP, OR CONFIRM PLANS FOR EMPTYING TANK MID STAY. -Full 15 foot awning protects from Sun and Rain. --Significant storage access outside of trailer. -Camping Chairs and folding table available for outside use. -Selection of board games also available upon request (choose from our selection that we use!) -Pets are considered, as we ourselves are a pet and dog friendly family. ***TRAVEL RATES: Due to the effort and expertise needed to tow and park a fifth wheel trailer, all rentals will include a drop off and pick up at the location of your choice. Standard base rates available for rentals within 30 miles of our home, (that will get you from concord NH to just north of Boston, or the NH ocean coast from Rentals between 30-100 miles of Windham NH have higher rates and night minimums because of the cost to transport unit for you. (60-100 miles will get you to Portland, Maine, Gillette Stadium, , historic Plymouth, MA or even parts of Cape Cod and Vermont!) Please reach out with any questions you have!
