Perfect camper for the whole family and then some! This camper has the perfect floorplan to accommodate both adults and kids. Bringing along your four legged friends? Perfect! Our fifth wheel is equipped with flooring that is pet friendly/mess friendly that makes for easy clean up. Outside you will also find a built in tether on the camper, great for attaching dog leads. This fifth wheel is a midbunk that has two sleeping areas. A full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. Room also has a spacious closet and comes equipped with a 32 inch smart roku tv. A loft area with access ladder resides in the hallway, leading up to a queen size loft sleeping area, perfect for the kiddos! Loft has a queen bed and shelving for storage. There is a spacious kitchen that comes with an island, microwave, stove/oven and a residential fridge, perfect for storing any and all drinks or food. Need more space? There is also a large pantry! The living area is spacious as well, with two movie theater seats and a couch that folds out into a queen size bed. Craving a movie night? The living area comes equipped with a 55 inch roku tv. For those cool nights, there is a working electric fireplace. The dining area features a dinner table and four chairs. Plenty of room for a card night or tasty meal! In the bathroom you'll find a spacious shower and plenty of storage, as well as fresh linens. The master bedroom features an rv king bed, a spacious closet with plenty of storage and hanging space, a shoe organizer + a bench area to sit and put shoes on. Along with a dresser area and a 43 inch roku tv. Outside you'll find two awnings that are equipped with lights, perfect for those late nights! Auto leveling will make setup a breeze and ensure a comfy stay all around. A mini fridge in the storage compartment for those extra drinks. Included in this rental is all the necessities that you could need! Fresh Bedding, Pillows, Towels, Washclothes, Soap, Basic pots & pans, Kitchen towels and potholders, Silverware, Plates and bowls, Cups and mugs, a Kuerig (complete with kuerig coffee pods and hot chocolate pods), four fold up lawn chairs, and some seasonings. RV toilet paper will be provided and should be the ONLY toilet paper used in the rental. We offer delivery and will set up the camper at your designated site with the awning out and rug just outside the front steps. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy your vacation! We will then break down the camper on your departure day for a hassle free exit.
