Couch that fold out to a full bed, dinette comfortable four 4 to sit and eat and play cards or games, also drops down for an added place to sleep. From there you can also watch the 21" tv, or listen to music on the radio or from a cd with indoor/outdoor speakers. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove with oven and sink with storage above and below describes the central portion of camper. To the rear left you find the bunk beds with a double bunk below and twin bunk on top. Rear left is the sink and vanity with medicine cabinet and mirror, and though the door is your bathroom with toilet and tub/shower. For shade is a 16' power awning. Pass through storage, and storage compartment to the rear. Trailer is 5000 lbs empty with a hitch weight of 645 lbs. has 2-30 lb propane tanks, 45 gallon fresh water tank, 32 gallon black water tank and 38 gallon grey water tank. Has electric front jack, sewer hose, water hose, and 30 amp power cord are supplied. Also kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans/bowls/plates/cups/glasses/and utensils for your cooking and eating needs. Weight distribution hitch is supplied, your vehicle must have 7 pin connector with electric brakes. Delivery/pick up option. Listed $5 per mile covers both round trips for delivery and pickup.
