Less than 24ft, easy driving and handling, yet big enough with everything for up to 6 person, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. We took the RV to Yellowstone in 2022 summer and it was an awesome trip. Regular oil change (every 7500 miles), replaced 6 tires with Michelin CrossClimate at DiscountTire on 05/26/23. Generator serviced by Cummins in June, 2025. NOTICE: The under bed storage (Access from the outside) was damaged due to improper usage from a renter so cannot be used. Sorry we don't provide bed Linens or cookwares. RULES: 1. Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older, has personal auto insurance coverage. 2. A $100 Cleaning Fee is mandatory with professional cleaning after each trip. 3. Please Ensure to Dump The RV Septic Tanks to avoid a $80 Dumping Fee. 4. Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit. 5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit. 6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons). 7. Pick-up time is 3PM and return by 11AM. Renter can opt to early pick up and late return for $10/hr, for a max of $100 as a half day charge. 8. Do not make repairs without approval.
