What's included with our Rentals: - Bed Linens and Pillows - Towels (bath, washcloth and hand) - 2 Rolls of Paper Towels - RV Toilet Paper - Silverware/Plastic cups and plates - Kitchen Utensils - Pots/Pans and Cutting Board - Coffee Maker Please note that we do not supply coffee creamer or sugar. We do supply a few K Cups for the coffee maker but if you have a specific coffee you want. Please bring it with you. We do supply some extra sheets and blankets for your stay. Let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to hosting your trip! **Delivery Rates** $150 minimum / $5 mile - one way 150 mile max (special requests can be made) *Delivery includes set up and tear down. Miles are based on one direction from Commerce Twp, MI* **Towing Requirements** - Verify tow vehicle is rated to pull weight of camper. Please see listings for weight specs on camper - Class C Hitch installed on Tow Vehicle - Electronic Trailer Brake Controller (factory or aftermarket) - Tow Vehicle must have 7 Pin Trailer Connector (4 pin to 7 pin adapter is not acceptable) *We do supply the trailer hitch and load bars. There will be a 30 minute tutorial on how to use supplied equipment. We will test your connection points and verify trailer brake controller functions. In the event we discover the vehicle is not suitable to tow our campers. We will have to cancel the reservation. We will do our best when booking your trip to verify these things ahead of time to avoid any cancellations.*
