All of our campers are covered by our Commercial Insurance policy. This will save you $$ when booking with us. If you are going to be towing the camper, we will work with you to obtain the proper insurance coverage either through your insurance provider or ours! We also do not believe in charging for things like towels, linens and propane usage. We have a $100 prep fee on our Campers to help supplement this but we will not nickel and dime you. Our 2020 Tracer is fit to sleep 8 to 10 people comfortably and with 2 large slide outs there is ample space to move about or even enjoy TV/game time inside! It has a private room with queen bed, mattress topper for extra comfort, and plenty of storage. The rear bunkhouse slides out and has 3 single bunks and 1 double so your kids or friends can enjoy their own space. The couch is a pull out sofa bed not one that just lays flat and the dinning table can also be converted to a sleeping area. The bathroom is larger than most campers and is stocked with towels and toilet paper. You will love the outdoor speakers and bluetooth radio while you relax near your campfire or cook on the outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. The camper also has an outdoor shower, perfect for the sandy feet to be washed or to simply rinse your used pots and pans. Power awning included for relaxing in the shade. For transporting this rig, your truck or SUV would need an electronic brake controller. If your tow vehicle is not equipped with one, we can deliver. The trailer is almost 35 feet long and its hitch weight is 630 lbs. Please be sure to check the payload capacity of your vehicle. If you need help with this, please reach out to us prior to booking. You will be supplied with Weight Distribution Hitch (equalizer). The camper does include tire sensors and rear back up camera to help you down the road and backing into your campsite. We will walk you through these upon pick up. We will do our best to make sure you are confident pulling the camper down the road and if you are not. We do DELIVER! We do supply a few K Cups for the coffee maker but if you have a specific coffee you want. Please bring it with you. We do supply some extra sheets and blankets for your stay.
