My wife and I have upgraded so many things inside that we just can't wait to share with you. - Ultra lightweight design makes this camper easy and safe to tow, excellent for beginners with no complicated anti-sway equipment required - New for Summer 2026, full memory foam mattress, ideal for those needing a proper mattress for a good night’s rest - 38" Projected screen at the foot of the master bed with premium sound bar, perfect for a nice cozy movie night amongst nature - Upgraded cushioning on bunk beds - Includes bedding (pillows, sheets, bedding and throw blankets) - Bath towels provided - Cookware and cooking utensils included for use on gas range - A batch of our free range farm fresh eggs is included from our cozy cottage farm with each rental - Portable Camping Fan/Lantern - Propane furnace and water heater - Dual fuel fridge w/freezer (runs on electric or gas) - Gas range for stovetop cooking, electric kettle included for convenience - Microwave - Our guests love bragging about camping off-grid for days at a time without plugging in with our battery backup system - 20lb exchangeable propane tank included for convenience - Leveling Ramps - POWER Tongue Jack - Equipped with 4 stabilizing jacks w/pads for an extra stable rig Our Cozy Cottage has so many features, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask and we would love to hear from you! No water, fresh, black or gray tanks are to be used between October 18th 2026 and March 1st 2027. Towing/Hookup details: - Hitch ball size for this travel trailer is 2 5/16" (3/4 rise 2" receiver can be provided) - Ball height for level towing is roughly 18" from the ground - New POWER tongue jack for fast & easy hookups - Dry hitch weight is roughly 350lbs and dry weight is about 2900lbs
