Forest River travel trailer lets you enjoy camping with the super simple setup. It's stocked and ready to go. This 32' foot camper is the perfect spacious family unit complete with everything you'll need on your vacation! This has a queen bed up front with TV center wall and sliders for privacy. This also has a couch that folds into a bed, a table that turns into a bed, plus two more sleeping areas in the bunks in the rear . All in all you can sleep up to 8 people in this unit. A rear bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with storage. The kitchen has a microwave, three burner range, kitchen sink and refrigerator. ​ Plenty of storage under the seats and in the bedroom, plus plenty of cabinets so you won't have a cluttered camper while camping. Two wardrobe closets on each side of the bed to hang up and put away any clothes. ​ Camper comes fully stocked with propane, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. Clean linens. A fold up table for outside, indoor and outdoor games and more! Please contact us if you have any questions about something specific being included and for delivery options. RULES: Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. When you return the unit we will check the levels on the tanks to make sure they are empty. If we need to empty them there will be a fee of $50.00. (If we deliver the camper we will empty the tanks) No smoking in the unit. Putting anything other than human waste or toilet paper in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee. Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are expensive and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving is the renters responsibility. Cleaning: Camper is expected to be returned in the same clean condition as when it was rented. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be caged when inside the RV due to the upholstery. There is an additional pet fee of $40. We are somewhat flexible with drop off and pick up times and can usually work around your time. We will deliver, setup & pickup for an additional fee of $150.00 within 30 miles.
