2014 Cape Codder Forest River Forester Wonderful fully stocked 2014 - 25 feet class C motor home, the Cape Codder is ready for your dream trip! - All hight quality appliances such as - refrigerator, microwave/convection stove, dishwasher - a rare find, water heater, air conditioning and full size Electrolux vacuum. All high quality linens and towels are included in the rental. Each bed comes equipped with a 2 inch gel infused memory foam topper for a very comfortable sleep. The Cape Codder has 2 queen beds - one in the rear slide out and one on top of the cab. The dinette conversion is a little smaller and it could sleep one large adult or two smaller adults/ kids. Sleeping - Two queen beds and one dinette conversion (sleeps five comfortably, potentially six if two of the people are smaller Kitchen - four-burner stove - dishwasher with detergent included - microwave - kitchen sink - fridge and freezer - dining room table seats four - pots and pans - cooking utensils - silverware - rear bumper propane grill kit with all accessories included - high ph water filter pitcher - The Cape Codder comes with two gallons of free filtered water included Bathroom - Indoor flush toilet - Indoor shower - bathroom sink - shampoo and shower gel included Outdoor - Indoor/Outdoor rug and four camp chairs to make you feel at home in your new outdoor living room - oversize power awning Other details - For warm weather trips, The Cape Codder has three ceiling fans and an overhead air conditioner. Note: you must be plugged into a power hookup or run the generator to use the air conditioner. - For cool weather trips, The Cape Codder has a furnace and a hot water heater. - 110 v outlets for you to charge all your devices. Note: you must be plugged into a power hookup or run the generator to use the outlets. - 2 screens - a large television screen on top of the cab and a smaller screen with a dvd player in the back next to the slide out. - ezpass transponder required for an additional fee of $50. All ezpass fees incurred during your trip will be paid from the security deposit. Important - please note that all adults who will be traveling in the rv are required to watch the instructional videos and be present and actively participate in the walkthrough at the beginning of the rental period. This way everyone is familiar with the rv and the risk for damage is minimized. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time - even during walkthrough - if these requirements are not met. Additionally there is a $50 per hour fee if unit is returned after the agreed time which is usually 11 am
