Welcome to our rolling hotel room. The great outdoors are certainly wonderful, our Shoreline Explorer just makes it a bit more comfortable. The camper comes with a small propane grill, 4 camp chairs, pots, pans, and utensils. We ask that you bring your linens, towels, and pillows. We supply kitchen towels and potholders. Also available is a Solo Stove Ranger (it's cool, google it). While not only visually appealing; the Ranger is a smokeless, portable, and self-contained fire pit. Our RV is a part of our family and an investment in our time together. Please treat it as you would your own. Pets are allowed (we love dogs too!) with an additional security deposit. Smoking is not allowed. No boondocking or dry camping -- which means the campground(s) should have water and electric hook-ups. . The RV will be given to you with a full tank of gas and the expectation is that you will return it with a full tank. If not, there will be an additional charge. Lastly, there is always a cleaning fee, but the RV needs to come back without trash and empty waste tanks. Please note the following: *Before requesting a booking, please send us an email to let us know where you are headed, and how many copilots are joining you. We want to be a perfect match for your trip, and this allows us to help make that determination. *We do not have onsite parking. Most guests get dropped off or take two cars. Because we do not allow for cars to stay with us, we try to be as flexible as possible with earlier pick up times. *This is a big one.... unfortunately, we cannot host families who require a car seat due to the lack of secure options required to hold it in place. Families looking to head on an adventure should really look to a Class B vehicle.
