Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a great trip: Full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave) Bathroom with a shower Heat and A/C for all-weather comfort Slide-out for extra interior space Plenty of storage throughout This is a towable rental, delivery can be made based on additional fees and is best suited for renters who are comfortable towing and setting up a travel trailer. RULES: Towing Requirements - Renter must have a vehicle capable of safely towing ~4,500 lbs - Brake controller required - Prior towing experience is required - Hitch height must be appropriate for level towing - Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking if the vehicle is not suitable at pickup Cleaning Expectations - Camper must be returned in the same condition as received - Dishes cleaned and trash removed - Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges Smoking Policy - No smoking or vaping inside the camper - Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee ($250+) Pets - Pets allowed with prior approval - Pet fee may apply - Renter is responsible for any damage Prohibited Use - No festivals, tailgating, or large events without approval - No off-roading or rough terrain use - No climbing on the roof Camper Use - The slide-out must be operated carefully and only when the camper is level - Awning must be retracted during wind or when unattended - Renter is responsible for proper hookup and operation Tanks & Utilities - Grey/black tanks must be emptied before return (if used) - Water usage should be monitored to avoid overflow or damage Damages - Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period - Any issues must be reported immediately
