The 2022 Georgetown 36k7 floorplan is spacious and offers all the amenities of a home. This RV has two FULL bathrooms complete with showers, sinks, and toilets.... this is not found in many RV's and is critical for families needing the extra amenities. There is a 10 gallon water heater that works on electric or LP Gas and an enormous 24.5 gallon on board propane tank. ☆ The kitchen is absolute luxury with Solid Surface Kitchen Countertops, Brush Nickel Designer Faucet w/ Pull out Spray Wand, Under Mount Farm Style Kitchen Sink, Kitchen Sink Covers, Recessed 3 Burner LP Cooktop with Solid Surface Covers, Stainless Steel Convection Microwave, Decorative Tile Backsplash, Stainless Steel 23 Cubic Foot 3 Door Refrigerator w/ Water and Ice in Door, Stainless Steel w/ Glass Door (powered by the onboard inverter or shore power, important to keep your food and drinks cold), 22 Cubic Inches LP Oven, and incredible Raised Panel Maple Cabinetry with plenty of storage. There is plenty of room for food and snacks in the full height pantry behind the Kitchen Dinette. Another Queen size bed exists within the dining table/benches. ☆☆Cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses and Coffee maker (Drip or K-Cup) are standard☆☆ ☆ The Master bedroom offers a King Size bed with tilt adjustability, Huge washer and dryer are built into the master bedroom storage system. Solid Surface Night Stands w/USB's and 110 Outlets are on both sides of the bed, and there is a 32" flip up LCD TV as entertainment in the room. ☆ A mid-ship full bath is across from the French doors in the living room that open to reveal two more twin beds in bunk configuration. Don't need any more beds? The bunk can fold away to repurpose the area to a HUGE wardrobe and storage area. ☆ The living room has Thomas Payne Power Theater Seats w/Pop-up 110v Outlets & USBs, Recline, Adjustable Head Rests, Heat, and Massage - complete with a 5,000 BTU electric fireplace and 40" Smart TV. The entire area has Over Head Cabinets above Theater Seats / Couch/ Sofa w/USB's and LED Puck Lighting. ☆ The Cockpit area has two front seat captain's chair that swivel 180 degrees to become a part of the living area when parked at the resort site. A 42" x 80" P2K Euro Loft Power Overhead Queen bed descends from above the cockpit. Navigation is a breeze with the newest technology on board – Sony CarPlay allows you to use your phone to display Google Maps, Waze, and all of your apps directly on the huge 9" LCD Screen. Cameras on the sides and rear of the rig display on the screen to assist with backing and traveling in tight spaces. Also auto-leveling jacks make it an easy setup once on site. ☆ The entire interior still smells factory new, and is completely sanitized and cleaned to a ridiculous standard. Tall 84" Interior Ceiling Height w/ Soft Touch linoleum floors that are easy to clean, plenty of recessed LED lighting in the ceiling in all rooms that are dimmable. the interior also features the Winegard 360 PLUS - this device is mounted directly to the ceiling and has the ability to take a WIFI signal (from a hotspot or phone) and broadcast it throughout the RV. If you have a compatible sim card, you can enjoy continuous internet service throughout your travels. All electronic components are powered through the Touchscreen Precision Plex Operation System w/ Mobile App, and solar charging is automatically controlled through a separate controller system. An onboard 7000 Watt Onan Generator powers everything without needing to hook up to any external power source. This unit has two full AC/Heating Units and runs on both propane and electric heat. ☆ The Exterior. The entire lower level is pass through storage.
