Family friendly 2017 Quantum by Thor WS31 Class C motorhome is perfect for couple or family vacations and can be your new luxurious home away from home! 
It comes with modern laminate flooring, solid surface countertops, solid wood cabinets, and a neutral color scheme, leather couch that opens into a bed with storage underneath. Dinette provides ample seating for eating or playing games we’ve provided. At bedtime the table can go down and the cushions come together to make the booth another bed.There is a bed above the cab that sleeps two and has a tv. The master bedroom has a plush camper queen size bed with lots of storage in cabinets and drawers. There is a tv to enjoy what you want to watch. The bathroom has a shower and ample storage. This motorhome is 32' long and easy for even first-time campers to maneuver. Side-view cameras and a backup camera make driving and parking a breeze. TV’s require campground cable connection, limited programming may be available with coaches built in antenna depending upon area. 
Our kitchen has an oversized refrigerator, convection microwave, sink, and a gas-combo stovetop and oven along with many storage cabinets. There are LED lights throughout the inside of the camper and plenty of windows for natural light. Also, the camper includes a fully functioning air conditioning unit as well as a propane furnace for colder nights. 
Outside, there is a 20' automatic extending awning for the perfect outdoor entertaining space and a full length slide out enhancing the floor space of the coach when set up for camping. The last of the coach’s three TVs is featured outside for movie nights under the stars. The outdoor space includes lights, a hot- and cold-water shower outside for particularly messy occasions, and ample storage space accessible in the back of the unit. An auto-leveling system makes setup a breeze. There is a flat top grill provided for your cooking convenience. 
A generator that fully powers the entire camper comes with 5 hours of use per day with additional hours available for an extra fee. At this time, dry camping off grid or boon dock camping is NOT allowed for this unit. We do Not permit pets. 
Delivery and setup is available standard rate $120 within a 40 mile radius includes pick up. towing a vehicle or trailer behind this unit is not permitted. 
The kitchen comes fully stocked with mixing bowls, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and grilling utensils. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels will be supplied as well as linens,blankets, Comforters, pillows, bath towels, beach towels and beach bag. For outside we provide 5 comfortable outdoor chairs. 
We are located in Jacksonville, FL and are at an optimal location for many scenic destinations including nearby Saint Augustine, Beaches and many private campgrounds and state parks. Orlando is only a little over 2 hours away and Disney World has a campground Fort Wilderness. Opportunities are endless! If you need suggestions planning your trip, please feel free to reach out! 
Absolutely no smoking in or near the camper. 
As always, please treat our camper as if it were your own. A refundable $1000 security deposit is required must be at least 25 years old to rent. No sporting, concert or party spots permitted. Renters must disclose destination. 100 miles per rented day permitted with additional .49 cents additional per mile. Standard rate cleaning fee $125. Roadside assistance included. Will only rent through RVShare with insurance selected. Additional charge of $250 cleaning fee for excess cleaning needed. Food and trash left in unit and other than normal road soil on exterior. $500 fee if smoked in or pets in unit. Unit comes with a full tank of fuel must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Fueling fee of 6.50 per gallon can be selected if desired to not refuel unit.
