Customer must book own campsite (driver side connections only) This is a unique toy hauler with lots of space and storage! Sleeps 7 or more! * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED! * King master bed in front * One slide out that offers a fold down sofa sleeper * Two lower down beds, about queen size that can rise during day for more room * Plenty of floor space to add air mattress if needed. * Two recliner chairs we can remove or keep for your convenience * Beds will have linens and blankets, please bring extras and own pillows Kitchen has stove, microwave, sink, small coffee maker and large fridge/freezer combo * Includes pots/pans and all utensils you may need * Will be stocked with paper plates, paper towels, and cups * There are some plastic bowls/plates as well * Includes cleaning supplies-please leave camper as you got it Bathroom has large shower and plenty of storage * Includes towels, toilet paper, hand soap, first aid kit * Please bring own shampoo and other bathroom needs Free use of small coleman camper grill and propane, extra tables under master bed storage Toy hauler door folds down and can be used like porch *No extra fees for cleaning, but please leave it as you got it* *ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED* *Pets will be approved on a case-to-case basis, please reach out prior, $50 pet fee will be applied if approved We look forward to working with you, if you have any questions, please contact us at any time!
