Get outdoors with the comforts of home at your fingertips! This is an awesome size camper to entertain family and friends and it has all the features your family needs. Easily sleeps 8 adults comfortably. There are two bedrooms to give yourself some privacy and space. The back room contains two bunk beds and a dinette that converts to a single bed. All beds have lights and USB ports for charging electronics. The living area has a dinette that can also turn into a bed, couch that can convert into a bed, TV, AM/FM/Bluetooth radio that can be played both inside and outside. The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and large pantry. The bathroom is large for a camper and has a stand up shower with a roof exhaust fan. The master bedroom in the front provides a queen-sized bed, closet space on each side, and more storage under the bed and above. There is plenty of storage throughout the whole camper. On the outside there is a large electrically controlled awning and exterior LED lighting. At the back of the camper is an outside stove and flat-top grill as well as a second fridge and more storage and grilling utensils. Drop off and pick times are flexible. A standard $ 75.00 cleaning fee is applied to each booking. If the RV is not on a sewer a $ 30.00 black tank dump fee will be added. If the camper is returned extremely dirty (other than the basic linen change and cleaning), a $100 deep cleaning fee will be applied. No Pets allowed at this time. No Smoking.
