** Camper available 4th of July weekend but we are unable to deliver July 3 - 7 so rental must begin before the 3rd and end after the 7th.** Farmhouse style travel trailer! Features fully-stocked kitchen, electric fireplace, TV, upgraded queen mattress in private main bedroom, outdoor kitchen and MORE. Now pet-friendly as well! Kitchen includes gas stove-top, oven, microwave, farmhouse sink and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee pot, paper towels and dish soap. Outdoor kitchen has gas stove-top, mini fridge and electric griddle. The bathroom feels spacious with the skylight providing natural light and includes all linens (bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels) and camper toilet paper and soap for shorter trips. The primary bedroom sleeps two and has an upgraded mattress for added comfort with barn door for privacy. Two oversized bunks have linens and two pillows with an additional sleeping space on the convertible dinette (linens and pillows stored under seating). Extras include board games for rainy days, vacuum, cleaning supplies, two camp chairs and an outdoor rug to create the perfect camping set-up. We offer easy, convenient pick-up off of I-75 or delivery to nearby springs and campgrounds. Delivery is subject to our availability, if our calendar shows "available" it means the camper is available for pick up. If you're requesting delivery, please message us to make sure we can accommodate your dates before requesting to book. If you're booking at Ginnie Springs or any other campsite that does NOT have sewer please prepay the dump fee OR you can use the campground facilities but any use of the water and toilet will incur a dump fee after return. If your campsite has both water and sewer OR if you are not using delivery and can dump prior to returning there is no dump fee. **Special rates for longer stays. ***No smoking/vaping in camper.
