My Luxury RV *Sleeps 6 adults + 2 children *2 SlideOuts *FREE 100 Miles per day *FREE 4 hours a day of Generator use *FREE Propane *2 TVs *No Pets Are you coming to Central Florida to visit the theme parks, Disney World, Universal Orlando or to Florida famous beaches? This beautifully maintained RV is the perfect way to spend your Florida Vacation. This RV is a very comfortable coach and is easy to drive. It has a queen size master bed in the rear with a privacy door. It has separate bathroom and shower facilities. The couch turns into a comfortable full size bed with a blowup mattress and has a queen size bed above the cab. It has a full RV size fridge, a 3 burner stove, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. It is equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware for your use. And sheets, and blankets for 3 beds and 4 washcloths, 9 towels and two dish towels are included for your convenience. Please bring your own pillows. I have pillows if you are flying in but they are not new. Please inform me if you want pillows. This is a FLORIDA ONLY RV. SETUP SERVICE: In a hurry to see Mickey or take a dip in the ocean, have your RV ready and waiting for you. We offer to take the RV to your campground of choice in Central Florida and set it up for you for a charge of $150 which includes breaking it down and cleanup so you can quickly get on your way home with no hassles. Campground reservations should be booked in advance in your name, please let the campground know that the RV will be set up by me. BICYCLE RACK Optional Bicycle Rack for 4 bikes $25 per rental. MILEAGE: Rental includes 100 miles per day and we charge a modest fee of .47 cents per mile after that. FUEL: The RV gas tank will be full when you rent it and the gas tank must be full when you return it or there will be a $150 charge. GENERATOR: 4 Hours of generator usage per day is included. There is a charge of $4.00 per full or partial hour after 4 hours. CLEANUP: If you drive it you must clean the interior or there will be a $100 fee and empty both the Blackwater and Graywater tanks before you return the RV or there will be a $150 fee. (not charged if you choose the SETUP SERVICE above.) *Please remember anything that was in the RV when it left here should be in the RV when it is returned or there will be an appropriate charge. *You must be at least 30 years old to rent. *No Pets * No Glitter in the RV please *No Races, Datona, Sebring, etc. *No Festivals or Concerts/festivals. *This is a Florida Only RV rental *No trips to Mexico or Canada.
