Please let us know when you are booking with us so we can apply the discount! This is a perfect travel trailer for a family! It has all the comfortablility you would need for an easy camping experience! It is equipped with 1 queen size bed with a comfortable upgraded 3 inch memory foam topper, 2 double bunks, and a dinette that transitions into a single bed as well. It comfortably sleeps 5 people with the possibility of 7 if there are children. The travel trailer requires 30 Amp service and has propane as well. There is city water hookup with attachable water filter and pressure regulator, TV with built in DVD player and Roku plus antenna hookup, refrigerator & freezer, double burner range, microwave, A/C & heat, double kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet, shower/tub, and electric awning to give you the shade you need on those hot Florida days! We have also included some complimentary items for your camping needs. There is a Keurig coffee maker, small fan, hand soap, dish soap, kid friendly games, linens, blankets, bath towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and more! We require a one time $100 prep/cleaning fee. *NO SMOKING is permitted inside of this trailer. If smoking takes place inside this trailer there will be a $500 fee applied. *If any items placed in the camper are stolen there will be a fee off $500 applied.
