This comfy RV sleeps up to six people!! Everything works perfectly. It has two queen beds and one full bed. Both queen beds with private curtains and both have their own TV with DVD players included. One queen is located in the back of the RV and the other one sits about the driver seats. (A variety of movies will be available). It has a main center COLD AC System, in addition, it has the truck AC as well. It comes with a full kitchen: Stove (3 burners), Microwave, and Oven (All Kitchen Supplies are included). It comes with a propane tank for the stove. The refrigerator and freezer work with electricity or Gas propane (Plenty capacity). For non-electric campgrounds (Primitive) it comes with a generator to supply electricity to everything. Full audio system throughout the RV. Plenty of storage inside and out. Full bathroom with storage (Sink, Mirror, toilet, and shower). This RV will guarantee you an enjoyable and comfy ride while enjoying your journey! What's included? Generator Water Hose Tank Dumping Equipment Kitchen Supplies Fresh Linens, blankets, pillows, and towels First aid kit Plenty of board games and puzzles Outdoor games essentials (Baseball, basketball, soccer, football, and more Extra TV to use outdoor Outdoor Shower (5L capacity) Comes with a guide trip book of all the places that you can't think of and essentials that you might need. Rules to follow: Pick-up Time: 3:00 pm We offer: Early Bird Pick-up: From 7:00 am (On add-ons) Return Time: 11:00 am We offer: Late Return: Latest 6:00 pm (On add-ons) The mandatory cleaning fee will cover preparing of the RV, filling the fresh water tank, sanitizing the unit, and cleaning linens/ towels prior to each rental. Comes with a guide trip book of all the places that you can't think of and essentials that you might need. Rules to follow: Return the RV with a full gasoline tank or the amount to fill it up completely will be charged at the end of the trip, plus additional fees of $25! For the Water, gray and black tanks - must be completely empty or an additional $150 fee will be charged. Any damages to any supplies will be charged accordingly to their price; plus penalty fees.
