If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash. Please contact us to discuss bringing any pets with you. We are pet friendly and have a small nonrefundable pet deposit. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV. Please Note: Linens are not included in the standard rental price. Guests are welcome to bring their own bedding and towels, or you may add a linen package for an additional fee. This helps us keep our base rental rates as affordable as possible. Pricing may vary for special events: ie. Univ. of Florida football game, Fat Tire festival, Thanksgiving week, Christmas, 4th of July weekend, etc. ** Important for Rainbow River & Salt Springs Guests: Rainbow River and Salt Springs have very strict camper delivery and departure schedules. To help everything run smoothly, please be available at the scheduled delivery time and ensure the camper is vacated by the agreed-upon departure time. Delays may result in fees from the campground and/or deductions from the security deposit. Have another place in mind? Contact us and let's see what we can do! Fees include RV rental, set up, and walk thru. Cleaning products provided; renter is expected to leave RV as clean as when they received it. $75/hour minimum cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if we need to clean the RV upon its return.
