With 20+ years of RVing experience, I've built this rental around real comfort. **IMPORTANT: This RV requires a 50-amp electrical hookup at your campground for the entire rental.** Before booking, confirm your chosen campsite has 50-amp service available. The renter is responsible for reserving a 50-amp site. --- ## SLEEPING - King bed in master (with queen drop-down) - Main seating converts to sleeper - Sofa folds down for additional bed Comfortable for 6 adults; up to 8 with kids. ## ENTERTAINMENT - 3 flat-screen TVs (55" main room, master bedroom, 50" outdoor) - Roku streaming devices (use your personal Netflix/Disney+/Hulu logins) - Free over-the-air local channels - Unlimited WiFi (Starlink or Verizon Jetpack depending on location) ## KITCHEN & APPLIANCES - Convection microwave, 3-burner gas stove - Fully equipped pots, pans, utensils - Keurig (2 pods/day included; $0.75 per extra pod) - Paper plates, napkins, utensils included - Washer/dryer for laundry emergencies ## COMFORT & POWER - 50-amp power with inverter (required) - Front/rear AC (separate temperature controls) - Propane furnace, hot water heater - 1.5 bathrooms with shower ## OUTDOOR - Propane grill (set up on request, $25) - 2 outdoor chairs, mat, awning ## DELIVERY & WHAT'S INCLUDED **Drop-off delivery one-way only** — we set up at your campsite the day your rental starts. Setup includes water hookup, 50-amp connection, propane check, grill connection if requested. I walk you through all systems at arrival. **Delivery pricing:** $200 flat up to 100 miles; $2/mile beyond (max 180 miles). **Included:** City water (if available), 50-amp power, propane for heat/hot water/stove, first 6 hrs generator fuel daily, unlimited WiFi, all hoses, water filters. **Pet-friendly:** $100 flat fee. **Pickup:** You drain/secure the RV.
