Sleeps 7 The cozy living room: Equipped with a zero reclining love seat, adjustable headrest/footrest and USB charging. End table and folding TV tables for informal dining. Smart Screen TV, Inside-Outside Stereo, Above and below storage stocked with fun travel games to play with family and friends. The Kitchen: FULLY stocked with everything you need! Keurig coffee maker, reusable K-Cup, coffee mugs, utensils, plastic & paper plates, party trays, bowls, kid cups, cutting boards, knives, etc.. truly everything you need! Equipped with a convection microwave just below the gas stove top. Side by side refrigerator/freezer. Ice will be provided to start your stay. Ice trays and ice bin included. NOTE: Paper towels and hand towels, Dawn dish soap, sponge and dry rack is provided. Pantry space to store groceries and extras above and next to the fridge. Cozy Bunk: above the sliding glass doors that exit to the garage. This bunk comfortably sleeps 1 with skylight, light, electrical outlet, and air vents. Draw the curtain for privacy. Includes safety ladder and guardrail for safe sleeping. Garage: 2 queen size beds on happy jack risers. The bottom bunk sleeps 2 and converts into seating/dining area for four. Top queen bunk sleeps 2. Tall dresser for clothing and storage. Above outlets and mounted stick vacuum. This area has it's own AC and the sliding glass door can be closed for privacy. The garage area has carpeting for comfort, an exit door to the left as well as a fold down patio in the rear with a safety gate and large roll down curtain to keep the bugs out. SPACIOUSE Master suite: Comfort queen size mattress. Three door mirrored closet with hangers, 3 small drawers and 1 large bottom drawer. Above the bed is extra storage space. Small TV is wall mounted with cable connection. A/C Furnace is separate for this area. All beds include fresh linens and extra pillows for comfort! The bathroom: Sink with overhead mirror and storage cabinet. Walk in shower with sliding doors and endless hot water heater. Lots of cabinet space for toiletries. Towels, pool towels, hand & face towels are provided as well as toilet paper. Front door entry cabinet includes: (above) control panel for lights, tanks, etc. (below) cleaning supplies, trash bags, umbrella, small broom w dust pan, laundry soap & dryer sheets. Outside Amenities include: 1 large awning with lights, 2 folding rocking chairs, 1 small table, Black Stone grill and Infrared grill - propane included and BBQ Utensils *** Pet Friendly up to 2 DOGS ONLY 1 or 2 large dog cages/kennels stored in the garage per request. Food & Water bowls provided. *** RV is for DELIVERY ONLY! We do not allow towing!
