Clean and modern coach that we set up at the camp site you book. The floor plan is perfect for groups of up to 6 adults, or families with kids can sleep up to 7 or 8, using the small loft sleeping area and/or sofa. - Request a site that is 40 feet minimum with 50 AMP service or it won't fit. - Delivery ONLY - No pick ups or towing permitted. - Bring your own linens, pillows, blankets and towels. Living Area: Electric fire place Large Smart TV needs campground WI-FI, cable hook up or can work on on-board antenna depending on area (works best on WI-FI and not included). 4-seat with recliners Super Sofa Lots of storage if needed Bunk area with ladder Kitchen Area (what we provide): Microwave, Toaster, Keurig Coffee maker Dinnerware for 8 with microwave safe plates and cups Small amount of pots and pans Small amount of cleaning supplies (Windex, all-purpose spray, toilet cleaner) Broom and dust pan Kitchen (what we don't provide): Paper towels and paper plates Cooking spices Coffee (Keurig cups) Outside Area: Both Doors equipped with key-less locks Two camp side awnings Hose and sprayer (provided) Large storage area with slide out tray Folding tailgate style table Small propane grill with small green propane tank included. Tailgate/Patio with awning (if your site is over 50' long) Bedroom: King bed with lift up under storage TV (not a smart TV) works on antenna or campground cable. Has HDMI input for gaming. Side nightstands with 12v USB and 120v Dresser with flip-up storage and under cabinet shoe storage area Closets with hanging space Clothes washer and dryer Garage: 1/2 Bath (some RV Safe toilet paper provided) TV (not a smart TV) works on antenna or campground cable. Has HDMI input for gaming. 2 queen beds on happy jack system (keeps them up out of the way until needed) Storage area for gaming system or small fan. Folding table provided for dining Main Bath: Shower, RV toilet, updated medicine cabinet w/storage Some RV safe toilet paper provided Three (3) A/C units easily keep it cool on the hottest of days. Heat pump uses propane to heat the entire coach. If you want to "boondock" or use our coach in an area that is not a campground, we can do that too. It has a generator and solar panels that will allow for continued use for about 3 days off-grid. There is an additional fee for this, as we have to take it to a RV dump station after use. Make sure you bring: Pillows/linens/blankets Bath towels/wash cloths Extra cleaning supplies if needed (return it like you found it please)
