Perfect for a family, couple, or group of friends! User-friendly for the RV newbies yet still offers the bells and whistles seasoned RVers appreciate. Get a minimum of 175 miles per day. Can negotiate additional mileage. Get a minimum of 4 generator hours daily. This rig can stand alone for boondocking although hook-ups are highly recommended for a comfortable trip. Easy hooking up to electric, water, and sewer at most camp sites. Fully-equipped with linens, dishes, pots, silverware, cleaning products, lawn chairs, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, and other thoughtful touches our guest will appreciate. We have you covered to make things as convenient as possible. You should provide your own towels and extra blankets, if desired. We are pet-friendly however, we need to approve your pets. There is additional daily fee for pets. We deliver within a 50-mile range of Fort Washington, Maryland for an additional fee. Our home base is in Fort Washington by the MGM casino and hotel. We also facilitate pick-up at another location in Clinton, MD. Pickup and drop off times are flexible but depends on availability of our co-hosts. We offer orientation for how to use the rig. We strongly encourage you to watch YouTube videos prior to pickup so you can be more familiar with this particular rig. We recommend searching YouTube for "2017 Thor Freedom Elite 30FE." To ensure a smooth trip without any mechanical issues caused by lack of knowledge, we highly recommend you watch these videos so that when you get your in-person orientation, you will be reinforcing what you've already learned. We do prefer renters to have experience with driving and operating RVs to avoid confusion and unrealistic expectations. RV travel is an adventure but renters should always build in time during their trip to address mechanical issues that may arise. Most times, novice renters create mechanical problems by misusing the rig. Other things to note: If you have a pet, there is an additional fee for pets to sanitize and purify the air and a higher security deposit. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Any indication of violations result in loss of security deposit. Rig has been inspected and serviced to be ready and in good working order for the 2026 vacation season. We do not do tours of our rigs.
