This Camper has a wonderful floor-plan featuring super slide-out, rear corner bathroom, mid-kitchen, convertible dinette, bunk bed, sofa sleeper, front queen bed, stereo, removeable bluetooth speaker, 4 stabilizer jacks, refrigerator/freezer, 13,000 BTU AC, awning, deluxe wheels and entry steps. Equipped with Weight Distributing Hitch for pleasant comfortable drive & towing experience. The standard Prep Fee includes cleaning and sanitizing, RV- safe toilet paper and bottles of water. Please remove all trash, food leftovers and personal items. Cleaning fee of $100/hr will be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, mud, etc. Propane will be at least half full when you receive it. Please refill propane if empty and return dirty water tanks EMPTY. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park to avoid extra charges. Please NO SMOKING inside, NO roof access, No shoes on furniture. Travel itinerary must be provided. I will meet you at our storage location. If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without my approval. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Canada or Mexico Travel is NOT Permitted.
