My goal is for you to love traveling as much as my family does! This RV is so easy to drive and Very comfortable to ride/sleep in! *****We clean and sanitize it after each use.***** Bedding: • A queen bed in the master • Over-sized queen bed over the cab • A dinette turns into a full bed The master and overhead bed have a privacy curtain. This RV is self-contained with a shower, toilet, 3 TV’s, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, A/C, heater and solar panel. Comes with cable hook up as well, on board generator. The kitchenette is equipped with common kitchen items. Super clean and ready to go! When Driving: Battery Works: lights, water pump to use the plumbing Propane Works: heater, water heater Generator Works: TV, Blue-ray/DVD player, AC, microwave and power outlets Please let us know your aproximate ETA when you return at least 24 hrs in advance, and 1 hour in prior. Please make sure RV returned full of gas and propane, with both black and grey tanks emptied. Fresh water at about 1/3 level. No Dirt Roads with RV and must remain on paved roads No Pets No smoking. At all. Ever. No Festivals/Parties(Burning Man) RV is not allowed to be driven on any type of dirt roads. It must only be driven on paved roads. If you would like to rent from us, please let us know: 1. How many people will be traveling in the RV? 2. Where you are traveling to? 3. What experience do you have driving/using a class C motorhome? This helps us plan the time we need to spend at checkout. 4. Location must have full RV hookups. No Boon docking. We hope we can help you go on your trip! A word on Covid-19: We believe that camping is a great way to make travel memories during these weird times. And we want you to do it safely. In addition to our standard cleaning between guests, we disinfect high touch areas in the trailer, including handles, light switches, etc. What's included -Bedding for the queen bed -Kitchenware -Fresh water hose -Sewer hose -Sewer hose support -Leveling kit -15 to 30 amp power adapter -Wet wipes, paper towels and some more… Pick up time would be set at 1 pm unless the unit has had ample time to be cleaned. If the Unit has been sitting then pick up can be flexible(please inquire into bookings) Drop off time would be set for 2 pm. If the renter needs an extended time frame then that should be discussed or renter should book out an additional day for return time frames. If a delivery service is requested then the same time frame of 2 pm is expected for pick ups. If you are returning from your destination and this time frame is uncertain then you should book out an additional day.
